We have found that multiple distribution processes have compromised the quality of products. As a result, we started looking for a better way to deliver our products nation-wide. With time being a major factor in distribution, All Cap Morrills seafood is delivered Next Day Air. We ship out of Logan Airport in Boston every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings. We pack our seafood only hours before the first flights of the day, so that your product arrives at its destination airport that same afternoon for your pickup. We use only major airlines and match them to the service they provide to the destination cities. Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered next day. Cap Morrill’s also has special contracts with Fed Ex and UPS, which allows us to have your shipments of any size delivered right to your door in less than 24 hours.
All damage claims must be made on the day of delivery by calling 800-633-0800. Claims will not be honored if made after the delivery date.
